Hello, I have a SD card for my phone and it's not showing up as a mass storage device anymore on my computer.  It used to show up with another drive letter when I went to "my computer" on my pc.  I've since changed phones (my 1st one broke).  When I plug my USB cable into my computer, the computer is not recognizing the storage device.  It charges fine so I know the USB end on the computer is working.  I have tried reinstalling the USB software from the Verizon disk and also removed and reinstalled the card from the phone and both didn't work.  If anyone could please give some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks in advance, George

What Operating System are you using on your computer, and do you have a memory card reader?
Also, is there anything on the card you don't want deleted? (if no, sometimes formatting the card in the phone will do the trick)

If the SD card is installed in the phone, the phone and card won't show up as a device until you go into the music player, then Sync Music.  V Cast Mobile Phone/Portable Media Player will show up as a new device.  You will want to download the USB driver from the Motorola site (don't need the USB charger driver) before you connect the phone.

You can then drag and drop files using Windows Explorer, or synchronize files using Media Player.
