I have copied M4a songs from my itunes onto my phone memory. Even though I have the volume turned up to the max, it is still tough hearing the songs(or not to the volume I would like). Has anyone else run across this problem. Is there a way to make the volume of the songs greater? Either while they are on the phone or before you copy them to the phone?

Is the volume low for these same songs on other devices or just your Krave? A Verizon store guy told me the newer Krave software (1.28.02P) has higher volume on the music player for Bluetooth and wired headsets, that might be something to check too.
