Ok so I've discovered that apparently although the Krave will play both .mp3 and .m4a (itunes) audio files, images added to the ID3 tags will only show up on the phone for the .m4a files.  I redid the tags on both my .mp3s and my .m4as so that all of them have a thumbnail of the album cover in the tag and only the .m4a songs actually show the thumbnail on the screen.  It shows up in the middle of the screen where the picture of the album is usually at in case you didn't know.   I guess it's ok since .m4a is supposed to be better quality than .mp3 since it uses AAC audio.  Just thought anyone that was interested should know.
