Hi Everyone - I received my Krave a week ago yesterday, and am almost 100% satisfied. I don't mind getting used to having a touch screen, that will come with time. However, the flip touch cover has me puzzled. When my phone is closed, on, and unlocked on the side slider, I cannot "light" the phone up by touching the screen when it is entirely darkened. Also, when the phone is unlocked, cover closed, and light ON, the buttons only work about 50% of the time at the top.

Has anyone else had this? I am guessing it must either be the correct functionality (which seems bizarre) or me because i have already had Verizon replace the phone once in the first 4 days I had it.
