My phone froze while someone was trying to text me. When my phone unfroze I received 2 new messages, but it froze again when I was trying to look at them so I turned it off and back on. When it turned back on, it still said i had 2 new messages, but when I went to my inbox all that is there are the already opened messages. The 2 new messages icon w/ the envelope won't go away, and i never got to read the messages. And now everytime I do get a new message, it says I have 3 new ones (the other 2 plus the new one) and I can only read the new one. Is there a way to fix this?

This is my second Krave and it happened with the last one too. It is very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated
