The real name is Brian.  I'm in northeast Pennsylvania, and stumbled upon the forum after spending some time googling some technical issues I have with my new Krave.  Thankfully I'm not the only one with these issues, but I'm a bit disappointed that these issues are so widespread.

All in all, I'm enjoying the phone, but there really seem to be some not-so-user-friendly issues that could easily be resolved by Verizon (most of them seem to have already been posted, so no need to list them all again).  It's almost like the phone was created by designer geeks with no thought to the folks who will actually use the product.
