Hello,

My name is Mark, and was just looking at the kraze ZN4 at the Verizon store. I haven't decided if I'm going to get it, but it's a possibility. My biggest concern is the "under powered" software.

Most of the reviews have not been too kind about the software, like the browsers is outdated, the fact you can't listen to music and check emails or text. It would be nice if Wi-fi were available on the devise as well as Exchange support.

That being said, I really like the phone, and may pick it up this weekend.

Well I am glad to hear that you like. Many times, these features are added or fixed when an update comes out, so we have that to hope for.

I KNOW DUDE RIGHT?!?!!!

Anyway, I would bet the music problem will be fixed soon.
As for wifi, that's a hardware thing,
and while I WISH it had wifi SOOOO bad, unfortunately, I don't believe it will be coming.
