Unfortunately they don't support Vista 64-Bit, and I'm not dragging out the old socket A with XP to update my phone.  Break out the over-the-air update!

I broke down and dragged the old computer out of the closet.  And it was worth it!  The phone is so much more responsive, and it doesn't lag.  My opinion of the ZN4 has changed drastically from this update.  This should have been done a long time ago!!

Hoping someone can help me out.

I've downloaded the software, and my phone connects to my computer fine, the software recognizes my phone. When I go to update it, the software tells me

Your device does not have sufficient battery power. You must fully charge your device battery before beginning the update or connect to your power charger during the update.

So I put the phone on the charger and gave it a full charge. After fully charging it, the software is still telling me the same thing.

Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know of a way to work around this bug?

OK, finally got the update. FINALLY- SPEED DIAL!! About time!

I also like the change to the QWERTY keys- I don't have issues with the wrong letter being typed now like I did before.

I ran across a few other changes (within the menus) but don't remember what they were.

I just got a txt msg yesterday, saying there is a new update available, and visit Verizon store to update it. I already had the latest update blaaze1_01.28.02p.

so is there a new update? I even tried to update it through Motorola software update, it says no update available.

did anyone else get this msg? if there is a update can anyone tell me what is updated?

no, 1.28.02p is the latest, there is no newer version. why did you get notice of an update? hard to say, sounds like a system glitch
