I got my Krave yesterday (10/29/08) from Verizon.  After several hours of fiddling with it and getting used to it, I am now comfortable with the few weird things about it.  The touch screen is indeed very sensitive but if you work with it and get the "feel" right, it is awesome.  My plan includes most of the apps that make phones like this worth the time to get it right.  The visual voice mail is stunning compared to the old way of retrieving messages.  One button and done, fast forward, etc.  As far as texting goes, being older, I text with one finger anyway so the qwerty keyboard is a gas to type on.  More positives than negatives about this phone for me, but the biggest thing wrong that I can see is the that stupid browser pointer.  That is more than frustrating to manipulate but I have sneaky feeling that a software update will fix that (they will have to because it is wrong, wrong, wrong.)  This phone is solid, tight and is a keeper for now.  I would be interested in finding out about getting a different browser loaded on but not sure how.
